Celebrity favorite MAMO restaurant continues to draw locals and visitors alike to New York’s bustling SoHo neighborhood. MAMO is introducing over 30 new dishes this season, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Dinner menu dishes include the Halibut Fresco Al Cartoccio Con Tartufo (fresh halibut baked in foil with truffle), Spaghetti Al Burro Di Alici E Caviale (spaghetti with anchovies butter and black caviar), and Rognoncino Di Vitello Trifolato Al Cognac (pan-fried veal kidney with Cognac sauce). Lunch specials include Carpaccio Di Pesce Spada Al Pompelmo E Pepe Rosa (swordfish carpaccio with grapefruit and pink peppercorn), Risotto Alle Fragole Su Zucca Al Forno (baked butternut squash and strawberry risotto), and Ossobuco Con Polenta Bianca Morbida (veal ossobuco with creamy white polenta). A $28 3-course prix fixe lunch menu is offered Monday through Friday 12:00pm–3:30pm.
For those who like to end the meal on a sweet note, do not miss the prepared-to-order Sorbetto al Limone, the perfectly balanced Crème Caramel or the velvety Mousse al Cioccolato. MAMO also offers a selection of homemade cakes, such as the Torta di Meringa e Vaniglia and Torta al Cioccolato.
To complement the flavorful dishes, MAMO also boasts an impressive cocktail menu, featuring winter specials such as the smooth whiskey-orange bitters cocktail Lo Spione, the seasonal apple-cinnamon flavored Cidre, or the one-of-a-kind Martini Al Tartufo (truffle martini).
