If the Hamptons real estate market is indeed magic, then a new dream-weaver is in town. Hamptons Habitats Realty, which offers one-on-one concierge-level services to its clients, is setting out to make dreams come true. A collaboration between long-time real estate legend Susan Fallon, and Georgica Builders’ president and CEO, Michael White, the new kid on the block is offering something a little different.
“Selling real estate is a process different from merely listing properties,” says Fallon. “Hamptons Habitats Realty utilizes cutting-edge technology and old-fashioned experience to get behind you and your property so it will be seen by the greatest number of prospects in the shortest timeframe. We guarantee that our clients will be pleased with our consistent results.”
Located at 4 North Main Street in Southampton, this new business is indeed different, and that’s largely due to the collaboration of its owners and the can-do spirit of Fallon, the principal owner and broker.
“The timing was truly opportune for me, and we’ve been doing really well in just the past few months that we’ve been in the business,” says Fallon. “We love educating buyers about the Hamptons — its various neighborhoods, schooling, shopping, and local professionals — as we tour the area with our clients to help them find their dream home. What sets us apart is that we offer more personalized service and greater flexibility. If there is any way to make a deal happen, we will find that way.”
Fallon says that her goal is to provide accurate, current data to her real estate clients in order to establish the highest possible market price for their residential and commercial properties. “I’m well versed in digital and print marketing strategies for the resale market as well as asset disposition, and I have an extensive knowledge of new construction luxury properties,” she says. “But what really sets me apart is that I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I’ll pitch in wherever and do whatever it takes to sell a property.”
She’s not kidding — in fact, there have been instances when a showing came up last minute and she did a client’s laundry, gardening, or other task to ensure that the property was immaculate. On a larger scale, she will work with every client to ensure maximum marketability of their home, often arranging to have work performed at discounted rates.
“It’s a personal touch, an authenticity, and a dose of reality that sets us apart,” says Fallon. “We won’t be pigeonholed by trying to be the company with the largest manses on the beach, or put on airs with a laundry list of awards and accolades,” she says. “We will be dedicated to making our clients happy, one at a time, and we’ll do it with honesty and an approach that will keep people coming back.”
What does that mean? Better communication, better hours, reduced commissions, expert advertising, and social media, and national as well as international targeting.
Fallon says, at the end of the day, “It’s just who we are, and we are definitely different!”
