up and coming designers, and philanthropists with a passion for style flocked to Cafe Habana to celebrate the Museum at FIT’s
newest exhibition showcasing Latin designers

PatBo and the Couture Council Young Patrons (CCYP) at the Museum of the Fashion Institute of Technology, hosted a dinner to officially launch the CCYP initiative and to honor the opening of the ¡Moda Hoy! exhibition at the Museum at FIT. The dinner took place at the iconic Lower East Side restaurant, Cafe Habana.
The evening was filled with designers included in the exhibition like PatBo and Jonathan Cohen; fashion royalty like Nina Garcia and Valerie Steele, the Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Museum at FIT; New York City icons likeCandace Bushnell; social media influencers like Kimberly Drew and Stephanie Nass; and the founding steering committee members of the CCYP Lizzie Asher and Adrien Lesser.

The Couture Council Young Patrons, a group of fashion industry leaders and fashion insiders, work to amplify the mission of The Museum at FIT and to promote its CCYP agenda of sustainability and inclusion in the world of fashion.
Together with the Couture Council, the CCYP helps provide a secure financial foundation for The Museum at FIT, which aims to “promote creativity and lifelong learning among diverse audiences with innovative exhibitions and public programs.”
