Sushi by Bou brought its signature sushi offerings to Palm Tree Festival this past weekend in the Hamptons on June 27th, collaborating to offer a custom culinary experience inside the Palm Club VIP tables at one of the Hamptons’ most anticipated, annual summer music events.

Throughout the festival, VIP guests enjoyed an elevated sushi offering featuring custom Sushi By Bou sushi boats, served within the festival’s exclusive Palm Club area. Set against the backdrop of performances and the high-energy festival atmosphere, attendees dined on chef-driven selections including tuna with ginger, yellowtail with yuzu, and salmon with spicy yuzu.
