For snowbirds who have already retreated south to Miami-Dade, Broward and environs, and who are in the market for top-notch new vessels this season (come on – the markets are hot!), don’t miss the opportunity to check out new offerings from Baglietto Yachts, the historical La Spezia-based boat builder at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, next weekend, November 3-7.
The show, in the “Yachting Capital of the World,” will feature exhibits ranging from yacht builders and designers to exotic cars and brokerage yachts. A wide variety of boats will be on display including runabouts, sport fishers, high-performance boats, center consoles, cabin cruisers, flats boats, skiffs, express cruisers, sailing yachts, motor yachts, bowriders, catamarans, ski boats, jet boats, trawlers, inflatables, canoes, and extraordinary superyachts.

Not surprisingly, you’ll find one of our picks, Baglietto, in the Superyacht Life area (reserved for the builders of the world’s most luxurious large yachts).
Baglietto will be showcasing its exquisite top line luxury cruiser products which were more recently showcased at a preview at the Monaco Yacht Show.
Among the cruising set’s forward-looking delights? For the new line, which will be in the market segment of vessels between 40 and 50 meters, Baglietto has worked with two leading Italian design firms – Francesco Paszkowski Design and Hot Lab – to develop a new project concept. The new crafts stand out for their contemporary profile and vertical bow, both in response to an increasingly widespread market demand.
The buzz is that the projects will include three different models, 41 meter, 44 meter, and 50 meter lengths, each featuring very distinctive, unmistakable Baglietto touches including a semi-displacement, light aluminum alloy hull, and a steel and light aluminum alloy displacement version.
The Monaco Yacht Show revealed more than just appreciation for Baglietto’s latest 46 meter and 54 meter yachts: the Baglietto 46 meter Fast won the World Superyacht Award as Best Exterior Design and was a finalist for the 2016 Exterior Design Award of the Monaco Yacht Show.
