About Tree Media Foundation
Tree Media Foundation (TMF) was created by Tree Media to educate the public on environmental issues. TMF supports activities and programs that incorporate thinking in deep ecology, human development, and consciousness. The foundation’s first project was Farms in Schools, where TMF partnered with The Green Schoolhouse, a Los Angeles-based school garden consulting and design build company, to create a pilot program to build school farms. The foundation also produced a series of PSAs called “Green World Rising,” narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio and in collaboration with Thom Hartmann, which explores solutions to the climate crisis.
