GDGC Enterprises LLC, a New York based NFT and luxury asset advisory firm that specializes in the tokenization and sale of select assets across the globe, hosted a private unveiling of the Kobe Bryant Autographed Black Mamba Package at Carlton Fine Arts Ltd. on Tuesday, September 14th.
The package, which is set to go to auction on September 20th – 28th on the WISe.Art NFT platform features a limited edition 01/3 18K Rose Gold King Power Black Mamba Tourbillion Hublot watch that was designed and signed by Kobe Bryant as well as a purple Nike Zoom VIII sneaker that was designed and signed by the legendary basketball player and digital art of the watch by New York artist Moshé Douglas. The package starting price is $1,008,024 and GDGC will be donating $50,000 of the proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles, the non-profit in which Kobe granted more than 200 wishes during his lifetime. GDGC values this package at a minimum of $10 million.
Guests and potential bidders enjoyed a selection of wines and charcuterie boards crafted by Brooklyn Boards and GDGC Enterprises branded cookies presented by A Little Something Sweet. Midway through the event, the GDGC executive team including Managing Partners Christopher J. Calabrese, Diamonté Zarba and Gregory Gadson took the floor to speak about the upcoming auction and the items on the block. Artist Moshé Douglas was also on hand to speak about the digital artwork he created of the rare watch and the signatured Nike Zoom VIII shoe.
