The Palm Beach entrepreneur brings a strategic mind and a collaborative spirit to philanthropy, finding purpose in connecting people, communities, and causes.

In a world where social calendars are filled with elegant galas, charity luncheons, and high-profile gatherings, Denise Fraile sees something beyond the occasion itself: the extraordinary potential of bringing people together.

For the Palm Beach-based entrepreneur and philanthropic leader, the true value of a gathering lies not in the names on the guest list, but in the relationships formed, opportunities created, and lasting impact that follows.

It is a philosophy that has shaped her involvement in Palm Beach County’s nonprofit community, where she has become known for record-breaking fundraising growth, expanding organizations’ visibility, and bringing a strategic, collaborative approach to philanthropy.

While her work frequently connects her with prominent philanthropists and community leaders, Fraile’s passion lies particularly with grassroots nonprofits—organizations making an extraordinary difference, often with limited resources and little recognition.

“Some of the most meaningful work happens quietly, away from the spotlight,” says Fraile. “Remarkable organizations are making a difference every day. Sometimes, what they need most is simply an opportunity to be seen, heard, and connected with the right people.”

An Entrepreneurial Mindset, a Philanthropic Heart

Having grown up in Europe, Fraile developed an appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. An accomplished equestrian who competed at the Grand Prix level, she carried the discipline and determination of competitive sport into a career in entrepreneurship.

With a professional background spanning marketing, business development, branding, and strategic growth, Fraile has worked across diverse industries. Today, she is also a co-founder of www.staffinity.io an artificial intelligence company focused on helping businesses implement secure, customized AI solutions.

For Fraile, business and philanthropy share a fundamental principle: meaningful progress comes from understanding people, identifying opportunities, and bringing the right resources together.

Her perspective has also taken her to the international stage as a speaker at NEXUS Global, an influential worldwide network connecting next-generation philanthropists, impact investors, entrepreneurs, and social innovators. The organization brings together leaders committed to addressing global challenges through collaboration, innovation, and strategic philanthropy.

Yet despite her international experiences, Fraile’s philanthropic focus remains close to home.

Making an Impact in Palm Beach
Palm Beach has long been celebrated for its extraordinary philanthropic generosity. Beyond the grand galas and established institutions, however, lies a network of smaller nonprofits addressing some of the community’s most immediate needs.
Her approach blends traditional philanthropy with the principles of business development: strengthening relationships, cultivating sponsorships, increasing visibility, and introducing organizations to entirely new circles of supporters.

Now in her fourth consecutive year chairing the annual Children’s Day Luncheon benefiting Families First of Palm Beach County, Fraile is preparing for the organization’s milestone 20th anniversary celebration on November 6, 2026, at the Kravis Center. Under her leadership, last year’s luncheon achieved a 30% increase in fundraising, while the event continues to gain visibility and attract an expanding network of philanthropic supporters, including growing participation from Palm Beach Island.
Earlier this year, Fraile chaired the Chopstick Challenge benefiting the HAB Center, helping achieve an impressive 123% increase in fundraising and in-kind support over the previous year.

Looking ahead, Fraile will also chair “Talk Derby to Me,” Extraordinary Charities’ Kentucky Derby-inspired fundraising celebration, supporting an organization dedicated to strengthening and empowering grassroots nonprofits throughout Palm Beach County. With some exciting and unexpected twists planned for this year’s event, Fraile is setting her sights on breaking fundraising records while creating one of the most memorable and talked-about celebrations of the social season.

“We have a few surprises up our sleeves this year,” Fraile hints. “Our goal is to raise the bar, break fundraising records, and create an experience people will be talking about long after the event. Get ready!”

For Fraile, these gatherings are about far more than fundraising. Known for bringing a creative, spirited, and unconventional approach to philanthropy, she believes charitable events should be memorable experiences that leave guests energized, inspired, and more deeply connected to the cause.

A recurring sentiment among attendees is not simply how much they enjoyed an event, but the remarkable people they met, the genuine sense of community they experienced, and how thoughtfully every element connected back to the organization’s mission. Fraile sees these connections as an essential part of philanthropy, creating relationships and opportunities for support that extend well beyond a single evening.

Yet behind the creativity and celebration lies a deeply practical philosophy: the true measure of a successful fundraiser is not simply how much money it generates, but how much of that money reaches the people and programs it was intended to support. Fraile places particular emphasis on maximizing the portion of funds raised that directly benefits the mission, believing that meaningful philanthropy requires both inspiration and responsible stewardship.

For her, the most successful events do more than fill a room or exceed a fundraising goal. They bring the right people together, inspire them to care, and turn a moment of generosity into a lasting commitment to making a difference.

“Not everyone can make a major financial contribution, but everyone has something valuable to offer,” Fraile explains. “An introduction, an idea, or a willingness to open a door can sometimes create an opportunity that changes everything.”

Two Cities, a Shared Spirit of Giving

While Palm Beach remains the heart of her philanthropic commitments, New York City holds a special place in Fraile’s life. She is drawn to its energy, creativity, culture, and unmistakable entrepreneurial spirit.

And although she is not a frequent participant in New York’s philanthropic circuit, she recognizes an increasingly meaningful crossover between the charitable and social communities of New York and Palm Beach.

The two destinations have long shared prominent social circles, but as more entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and business leaders establish connections across both communities, opportunities for charitable collaboration are expanding.

For grassroots nonprofits, these relationships can open doors to new supporters, fresh perspectives, and resources that might otherwise remain out of reach.

“Palm Beach and New York each have such distinctive personalities, but both are filled with people who genuinely want to make a difference,” Fraile says. “There is tremendous potential when those worlds connect, particularly when that generosity reaches organizations that might otherwise remain outside the spotlight.”

For Fraile, it is another reminder that philanthropy need not be confined by geography. A meaningful introduction in one city may ultimately transform lives in another.

Beyond the Social Calendar

As Palm Beach prepares for another vibrant social season, Fraile remains focused on what happens beyond the invitations, celebrations, and familiar faces.

For her, the most rewarding moments are often the quietest: a small nonprofit gaining much-needed recognition, an unexpected partnership taking shape, or a new supporter discovering a cause that speaks to them.

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that influence matters most when it creates opportunities for others—and that lasting progress is rarely one individual’s achievement, but the collective effort of many.

In a community known equally for its social prominence and generosity, Denise Fraile offers a thoughtful perspective on what it means to give back.

Because ultimately, the measure of influence is not simply who you know, but what you make possible together.
