Club Versante’s two dining venues, Bruno and Cask, invite guests to welcome 2022 in luxury and style with a pair of unique celebrations happening on Saturday, December 31, 2021:
• Cask, a whisky-forward cocktail lounge, features a sumptuous four-course menu, with highlights including Caviar Beignet, Dry-aged Beef Tartare, Opal Valley Lamb Chops, Millionaire Chocolate Pave, and more. Sip from a wealth of rare exotic whiskies and handcrafted cocktails, enjoy live music, and visit the social-media-friendly installations before raising a glass of bubbly at midnight.
• Savour a four-course feast of West Coast delicacies at Bruno, including Black & Gold Oysters Caviar, Saffron Cream Mussels, Truffle Lavender Duck, Black Cherry & Pistachio Baked Alaska, and more. Both venues offer two seatings, the first from 5:00pm to 8:30pm, and the Gala seating from 8:45pm onwards.

From Saturday, December 25 to Friday, December 31, 2021, Bruno is offering a decadent Seafood Brunch, featuring all-you-can-eat oysters, chilled shellfish, and tuna & crab poke, alongside mouth-watering signatures like Liege Waffles, Salmon & Lobster Benny and Truffle Potatoes. This experience is available for $75 per person and includes a complimentary mimosa. Available from 11:00am to 2:30pm.
Leave the Cooking to Us
Gather for an elaborate holiday dinner at Bruno on Friday, December 24 or Saturday, December 25, 2021, with a multi-course feast, complete with live entertainment. This deluxe affair features West Coast Oysters, Winter Burrata Salad, Prime Rib, Arctic Char, plus Bruno Traditional Turkey, Classic Pumpkin Pie, and more. Available for $98 per person; reservations starting at 5:00pm.
Indulge S’more
Save room for the Smoked S’mores Chocolate Torte dessert, featuring a graham-gingerbread crust, dark-chocolate ganache, marshmallow, eggnog white-chocolate mousse, and a candied cranberry “mistletoe.” Proceeds from this festive feature will be donated to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau to help families in need.
