Loews Regency New York Hotel has launched Alchemy by Loews, a brand-wide beverage program designed to transform traditional cocktail and mocktail service into something trans- portive, shaped by creativity and attention to detail. Inspired by botanical apothecaries, Alchemy by Loews introduces thoughtfully composed drinks layered with subtle sensory ele- ments that enhance flavor, mood, and connection while show- casing the mixology prowess of the Loews beverage team.
