Manhattan Nightlife Gurus Blair Qyteza and Ivan Busheski Name East Hampton Home of Latest Entertainment Venture

Sophisticated nightlife is back in the Hamptons with the opening of Mars Lounge and Nightclub. Entertainment gurus and entrepreneurs Ivan Busheski, creator and curator of Manhattan’s legendary hotspot Omar’s, and Blair Qyteza are taking their bespoke business skills and notoriety out east to create the ultimate summer experience.

Unlike the overcrowded Montauk scene, Mars is set to offer clients the revered style and distinguished quality that only the business partners and their esteemed team of producers and management can offer. With a soft opening already taking place this summer, the celebrated venue at 44 Three Mile Harbor Road is living up to the same famous reputation as a destination for excellent hospitality.

What makes Mars unique is the lounge’s dynamic set up that focuses on the clients desires for intimate party settings versus loud and overtop Las Vegas style mega halls. The partners emphasize that East Hampton residents and city vacationers alike will be greeted with pure class that is one-of-a-kind. Like the planet Mars itself, this is one venue in the orbit of the planets that stands out like a bright shining star.

With the whole world coming out of the pandemic, the opening of the Hampton’s only highly stylized nightlife lounge with a nightclub is a perfect fit to help celebrate life again. Like the Roaring 20s of yesteryear, the golden days of summer 2021 will be best represented at Mars.

The lounge area highlights the exclusive feel and touch that Busheski and Qyteza stamp on their venues that highlights intimate seating for guests who come to enjoy good company and superb cocktails. A menu of lite bites features notable items such as Truffle Rice balls, Kobe beef sliders, Kentucky fried chicken, Mars Oysters, and homemade Lavender ice cream.

Qyteza states that music lovers will also be pleased with an eclectic mix of tunes provided by world-class DJs to topnotch bands. Damian Lazarus, Serge Devant, Tito KOBA and DJ Carnage successfully spun at the nightclub part of the venue earlier this season.

Currently, DJ Michael Simpson is playing on a weekly basis in the lounge while DJ Tito Koba is featured in the club.  Expect DJ Claptone to be a future featured artist. And, on August 5th and August 24th the legendary Gypsy Kings will take over the Hamptons newest hotspot.

Also, to be scheduled this season will be hip-hop artists on Friday nights. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. until late Thursday to Saturday. In the coming weeks Sundays will highlight traditional American flare with rock band performances.
