OREO Cakesters officially debuted The Softer Spot, an immersive experiential pop-up designed to celebrate the brand’s uniquely soft-baked personality and encourage guests to embrace a softer side of life, in New York City’s Meatpacking District. The exclusive VIP Preview Night welcomed a curated group of creators, tastemakers, entertainment personalities, and brand partners for an evening centered around the exciting summer launch, as they entered the “OREO: Soft Mode” transformed space, featuring music by DJ DILLY.

Notables in attendance at the OREO The Soft Life summer kick off event included TV Personality Carl Radke (Bravo’s Summer House) who hosted the evening also featuring his non-alcoholic beverage creation Soft Bar, which had a featured menu of four delicious mocktails in the event. Additional notables on-site to celebrate the launch with Carl included Bravo’s Summer House cast members Ben Waddell and Sabrina Belle, Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules’ and The Valley stars Scheana Shay and Brock DaviesCharity Lawson from ABC’s The Bachelorette, Elenora Srugo from Netflix’ Selling the City, and Jade Shenker from Netflix’ Owning Manhattan. Hip-Hop artist Kosha Dillz surprised the crowd with a two song freestyle performance featuring a rap about OREO Cakesters and the second being his new viral New York Knicks celebratory song.

VIP influencers on-hand to experience the Cakesters excitement through engaging, interactive moments included Sergio Farias, Topher Griffin, Toni Ferrara, Savannah Vinson, Tommy Bracco, Misty Sanderson, Roxy Manning, Clara Zoroddu, Damson Lee, Connie Zen, Augustah Allen, Rami Even-Esh, Matthew Tamasi, Kelly McMullan, and many more.

VIP guests engaged with a series of immersive brand moments, games and photo ops that brought OREO Cakesters to life, celebrating the brand’s soft-baked personality while showcasing its four signature flavors: Original, Golden, Double Chocolate, and Confetti Cake. The NYC pop-up, which also was highlighted by a branded airstream, continued for two more days where New Yorkers partook in the brand experience.

Guests explored a multi-sensory environment featuring a variety of interactive activations, including the Soft-Baked Bakery Counter, where attendees sampled OREO Cakesters and enjoyed bakery-inspired moments, the “Blind Bag” Oven Experience, which offered surprise prizes and interactive engagement opportunities, and the Cloud Pillow Pit, an immersive lounge installation complete with an overhead mirror designed for unique content capture. Additional highlights included Scent Discovery Stations, encouraging guests to explore themes of softness and comfort through fragrance, as well as multiple branded photo opportunities created specifically for social sharing and guest participation.

A standout feature of the evening was the Soft Bar Beverage Experience, curated by Carl Radke and Soft Bar. The elevated non-alcoholic cocktail menu featured signature beverages including the Golden Hour, Soft Summer Spritz, Bitter Beginning, and Tonka Noir, each thoughtfully crafted to complement the event’s “Soft Life” theme. Throughout the evening, Soft Bar reinforced its mission of creating inclusive social experiences that prioritize flavor, ritual, and connection without alcohol, reflecting growing consumer interest in balance, mindfulness, and wellness. The public pop-up was open June 12th and 13th.
