Warm Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Not warm enough? Pour your smoothie into a microwave-safe cup and heat for 15 to 30 seconds, or until it reaches the desired temp. 

Ingredients:

1 c unsweetened almond milk, heated in microwave or on stovetop
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 ½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Carrington Farms Coconut Oil

 

Raspberry-Pomegranate Smoothie

Blitz ingredients in a blender or food processor, or with a hand blender, until smooth. This smoothie is heart-smart and packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
2 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 Tbsp Carrington Farms Chia Seeds

 

Cranberry Apple and Flax Hemp Smoothie

Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants and the flax hemp seeds add protein. Combine all ingredients in a blender and serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen cranberries
1 cup fresh or frozen mango
1/2 apple, peeled
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon dried1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
3 tablespoon Carrington Farms Flax Hemp Blend
1 cup water
