While delicious on its own, WILD TONIC® is often used as a mixer for cocktails and mocktails! However, if creating cocktails is too much work for you in these times of quarantine, you can simply pour it into flute glasses as well. Even add a berry to the glass for some dressing up. A great liquor alternative for New Year’s Eve as well.

1 – Ginger Bourbon Tonic

– 1 oz bourbon

– 1/2 oz lemon juice

– 1/2 oz ginger syrup

– 2 to 3 oz @drinkwildtonic Mango Ginger Jun Kombucha


Add bourbon, lemon juice and ginger syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a double rocks glass with ice. Top with @drinkwildtonic and garnish with fresh ginger and a lemon wheel. 

2- Chai Pear Sherry Cheer

1.5 oz  @copallirum Barrel Aged

1/2 oz Olorosso Sherry

2 oz @drinkwildtonic Chai Pear Kombucha

1/4 oz Seasonal Syrup

1/4 oz  lemon juice

Rosemary Garnish

¼  oz Lemon Juice

Fill remainder of glass with Chai Pear Jun Kombucha
